    OCZ PC3200 Ltd.Ed.: First Benches......

A few days ago i've tested these new OCZ memories that, as you surely know, are based on Winbond BH6.

    Vdimm 3.25v.

    Here some shots.

    Without HS....

    P4C-Deluxe and 2.4C. Mem @5:4

    Giga K8N and A64 3200+. (9x multi).

This is done with Asus K8V (4x multi) and vdimm 3.55v .

    i'm loving them.....

They are only speed binned BH-5 chips, so they are almost equal to "real" BH-5 chips

    Excellent work m8!

PS: How'd you remove your heat spreaders so easily

I tried taking my corsair heatspreaders once and I thought I was gonna rip some chips off of it so I stopped rofl!

oh man, those corsair heat plates are a :banana::banana::banana::banana: to remove

the OCZ ones may be easier, the adhesive on the corsair is really sticky, and once you get the plates off the corsair dimm, there is no chance of getting them back on convincingly to RMA. Not that I'd want to RMA my BH-6 ram only to get CH-6 in return.

speed binned? does that mean they are just Bh5 chips that were just rated to run @ 6ns at a certain voltage, etc.?

kudo's to Ryan and the gang!!!

Boy do I want to get my hands on a gig of these. I really should have just waited and not gotten that gig of level2. Not a very good clocker to say the least. My OCZ pc3500 Plat LE is so much better. I only expect the same from these pc3200 Plat LE. Boy how I wish I had the money!!!

    hmm, it's possible

but people have noticed physical differences between the two, such as BH-6 liking voltage even more than BH-5. But I don't know how valid those speculations are.

Are there really any physical differences between BH-5 and BH-6? Or is the only diff the speed rating? Maybe OCZ would know
