    Cool Bowmans Mod Shop

well guys like it says. this is Bowmans Mod Shop....

i am fooling with so many differant mods,on differant people's machines i decieded to make a thread on whats in the shop and what i am working on.

It may be moding a prometia,or building a cascade cooler, from testing evaperator blocks,to making heat loads to stress a cooler.

Who know what i will doing or in what order.

but this will be the easiest way for me to post and keep up with it all.

    what you guys think?

o i told everyone no telling what i was doing.

i have brased up 3 new blocks and getting ready to pressure test tommorow.
these were all built by baker and i have the lastest CPU block.a GPU block, and a .....chipset block..whoohoo.

these is how i test a new block to check for leaks.it is a waste of time to think you will never have a leak.i will be placing 300 to 400psi inside this manifold and then keep then sumerged under water for 24 hours,if i loose pressure the gauge shows,if it is a 1 bubble a minute and the gauge doesnt drop the water will show it.

best to catch it now rather than later.

True....we must understand that we can't make demands on someone who is donating his time like this. Just judging by the amount of PMs I get, I can only imagine what it's like for Bowman.

Bowman enjoys doing this work and helping folks in the forum....let's try not to turn this into a chore for him and rob him of that enjoyment.

That would be cool! He lives not far from my mom I think...I would like to stop by sometime myself.
I'm very lucky that he's doing my prommie right now....the last thing in the world I would do is bug him about it. It's done whenever it's done...I'm just grateful to know someone that I can trust to do it right. There's no one else that I would ship my baby to, let alone have them work on her!
Be grateful that we have someone like Bowman to help us in here with Phasechange. Thanks mostly to his efforts, this section has had a breath of new life lately and is growing stronger and stronger.
If a PM goes for a week or so without a reply...send another polite PM....don't bomb his mailbox...give him some time. It takes hours and hours to go thru and reply to each one. Keep in mind that he is also living a very busy life outside of this forum. We are so lucky to have him...let's not run him off!

Yep, have to agree Dude... out of everyone I've ever spoken to on ANY forum on ANY topic, I think Bowman has to be the politest, most friendly and helpful guy there is. I always get prompt replies to PMs even when I least expect to... and so far everything he's told me has been :banana::banana::banana:-on perfect...

We wouldn't have even bothered with phasechange mods etc at O-CuK if it weren't for him!
