Thumbs up Just testing out my MCW462-UHT...

    http://www.adventurevision.com/thefarm.html

Have a look at the second system in the above link... I think I'm in love. (that's full load temps btw)

Just using a Procore, Hydor L30, and the MCW462-UHT and I'm very impressed. I think the second Procore I have coming will really help with cooling so I should be even colder mid next week.

Then on top of that I have one of those 1/12hp cooling contraptions coming from Surplus Center for my chipset(and maybe, hopefully, video card).

And to think I was hooked on air cooling.

I wish they could make them look as nice as the 5000-* series. from the pictures, atleast, they dont look as shiny and nice as my 5000-A does...

Unfortunately the 5000-A doesn't even come with a TEC option for AMD due to the really weak socket mouting system. Not to mention that the 5000-A socket mount pretty much kills the ability to get good die pressure.

    But, hey, it is shinier

Yeah i loved mine when i first got it. long time ago. Been watercooling everying since '98. To condensation hastles or making your own gaskets, just bolt the thing on and go!!!

I've got probably 8 waterblocks here looking in my junk drawer, hehe 3 slot one's.

Dont even ask where i've been!!!

Cause none of them have the skill that swiftech does, takes more than just a milling machine. Plus it would cost all the others too much $$$, no way they could compete with swiftech. So they dont try.

Added another Procore and it's dropped the temps a couple more degrees Celsius so I'm even happier.

A 2500 Barton running at 2.4GHz, 1.66v and my temp tops out at 12C fully loaded...
