Finally modded my case and stuffed everything inside

    My hardware:

    Northwood 3.0C (TDX)
    IC7 (Swiftech chipset cooler MCX159-P)
    Corsair PC4400C25
    X800XL BBA (MAZE4)
    Enermax Coolergiant 480W
    Tt Purepower 480W
    2x AQX-50Zs in series
    2x copper/brass heatercores
    MeanWell SD-50A-12 converter

Need just to connect fans to fan controllers, pumps to MeanWell converter @13+V, and fill the system with distilled water. But it won't look much different then it looks on the pics.

I'm having problems with bga ramsinks on my radeon. They are large and massive and bottom ones keep falling off.

Hope there are no leaks when I leak test it.

    Cheers guys!

P.S. Though I'm not yet all done, I'd like to thank all of you for your help with my questions, and MaxxxRacer for PMs and great guides!
P.P.S. Sorry, the pics are not in any particular order.

    Thanx guys!!!

Has to be messy since everything is inside. But I like the looks this way. Clean setups are nice, but somehow... empty.

Cable management is last on my list, but I'll try to do it. Unfortunately I haven't ordered enough cable sleeves from USA when I ordered everything. I'll have to improvise.

I filled my res with dist water almost all the way and here's how it looks like when only 1 pump is on:

and here is when both pumps are on:

When 2 pumps are working a huge vortex forms in my res and the bubbles can't disappear like they should. They keep getting sucked back in. Any suggestions on how to get rid of them? Maybe I need to fill the res completely?

    But I have a DVD burner. It's right under Asus cd-rom. It's Pioneer 108D.

Something like that. I'll try to weigh it soon. Must be at least 40kg.

The vortex rules. I get dizzy just watching it. Looks like some air gets pulled down the middle of it and then the outlet barb from the res sucks it right in (this sucks... literally LOL)

    @Garrett:
I'm still leak testing it. Just started today. Had some leakage (after 30min) on both pumps, but I tightened the hose clamps on them and 2-3h everything is dry. I'm a bit scared to let it run over night. Don't like to wake up and find a pool of water in my case. But I guess it'll have to do it.

    Thanx!

I'm not planning on upgrading it any time soon (and I don't have money atm).

Leak test went fine. Everything works - both PSUs, fans, uv tubes (I'll post final pics later). Most of all I was worried about power switch on my front panel of the case since those 2 small wires soldered to it kept twisting and breaking off while I was doing the front mod. I also didn't know if those small wires leading from the front panel to mobo (powre switch, reset...) were ok since I had to bend them to 90 degrees so the bottom rad could fit (it barely fit btw).

    I have a question.

It looks like some bubbles are coming out of my Maze4 into TDX.
Examined the rest of the tubing and it looks like it's OK.
So I think I only see bubbles between Maze4 and TDX.
Any clue on why this is happening?

    My order is as follows:

    Res-->Pump1-->Pump2-->Rad1-->Rad2-->Maze4-->TDX-->Res
Just 'cause you feel it, doesn't mean it's there

The bubbles are possibly trapped inside your rads. U have to take all the air out.

if there is bubles in the loop, you will hear them!
they make funny noise running through pump and it sounds like somewhere is a leak!
