    F2-8000PHU2-2GBHZ testing

GSKILL lanuched DDR2 1000 products yesterday
actually i received sample for about few weeks but keep tweaking it and discuss with our lab.... finally me and lab come out the idea, 8000 4-4-4-5
1st we was going to lanuch 5-5-5-15 but i pushed 4-4-3-5 then.... we agree to release both 4-4-4-5 and 5-5-5-15

here is the stress tests for those parts!

    2.2v 4-4-4-5 DDR2 1000

sp2004 and 32m + memtest at the same time.

keep looping 32m again to make sure it is stable!

    3D stable also

those are going to be avaliable in egg very soon next week

Great stuff! Would you possibly be able to do any SANDRA or EVEREST benchmarks at 250FSB? Also, could you tell me what chips those modules use? I am wondering if they are the D9G** varient that other sticks have been using.

For those who were wondering why I sold off my D9

This new stuff is very fast and easier to push, but it will have a price premium from any manufacture that offers this particular part.

I am not positive of build cost exactly but roughly 2x more expensive than Elpida based part, so dont get upset with any manufactures price on ram at this level.

Thanks Gskill, good to see you enter the mix at the top end.

The conroe uses 4mb's of L2, it is a SSE monster. 2 cores, extra 64 bit line. About it. Will be a great multi-tasker. But its really not that impressave.

Wait a bit.. then you will have Cas 3 at even highier speed..
and GS. would it be too much to ask for some shots of Cas3 DDR800 access latencies in Everest?
