    G.Skill F1 3200ZX1GB value series (2x512MB)

    Hi!

I was yellin around because of my ram timings some weeks (months?) ago....

well finally i made it and found some useful timings for the value ram ...

now its running @250mhz 2.5-4-7-1 (thanks to the newest modded DFI bios...prime95 blend stable a whole night @2,7V)

here“s an A64 tweaker screen if someone is interested in my timings (every timings was set manually)

    but now i got a new problem ... .

I wanna OC my ram to the max and with that timings i wont go any further than 260mhz... i tried changin tCL to 3 but it didnt boot ... even @200mhz...
This problem is known in association with A-Data rams on the DFI

Is it possible that there are TCCD Rams on my G.Skill .... ?
or does someone know why i cant set tCL to 3?
