Hey, let me ask you.. did your confirmation come wednesday night or morning? Or other? I have a feeling they had two different batches, one shipped out in the morning and one at night.. also when did you order.

I can provide high res scans to show it isnt photoshopped or anything. It is genuine.
Its not a typo and it is a "BB" Controller.
I did get it from Monarch this morning.
OS is loading on my test bench to see if I can get an idea of what this chip is capable of.

Well, so far so good.
Pics to follow soon, Dual Priming at 2700Mhz (9x300) 3xHT Stock Volts, and its been going for 15 minutes now.
A good start IMO. Already seems to be a $277 FX-60+
Temps are good as reported by ABits software, I don't trust them, but with an XP-90 and a High Speed Panaflow its saying load temps are 36-38c with a 21c Ambient.
I don't know what the max HTT of this KN8-SLI is Ive heard around 320, So its going to have to go into my SLI-DR Expert as I think this chip will reach that limit easily

My 170 in my sig is going to go to ebay probally this weekend. Its a retail, So I Dont see why I can't at least recover my $277 I paid for the 165 out of it. It should fetch at least $325 so I will probally make a small profit on the exchange.

Core 0 failed @2800 stock volts in 15 seconds
Failed at 2750 stock volts in 12 Minutes.
I'm only using an XP-90, so better cooling might produce better results.
I have a TTBT to use and a sythe ninja. I think its about time for this chip to go over to my SLI-DR Expert.

Just found out my Mushkin TCCD was only set at 2.6. Put it back up to 2.8 and trying again at 2800.
