17k on a single card - time to say goodbye to all those ridiculously $$$ SLI/CF setups!

GL with 17K - hope you'll shatter it by tomorrow!

Damn nice run & record Oveklokk You just passed my X1800 CF score.

I'd really like to see this FX60+Card in '01 as well as all the others. Thats too bad the right driver is not listed correctly.

Amazing, that would be very annoying that the Drivers aren't coming up as approved. Maybe your score is just too insane, I reckon thats the only reasonable answer!

so... 17k from one card... and just over 20 from 2? These cards are just really kick ass by themselves I think
I had the fastest 32M Opteron time for about 1/2 day, and I'm damn proud of it

The CPU bottleneck stops CF/SLi from doing the damage it should in 05, that's why I usually just ignore 05 scores.

Even 03 doesn't suffer from such a fate.

No kidding, but a big reason why there's such a small gap between the scores like that is because these cards are being bottlenecked so much by today's CPU's. Run 3DMark05 at 1600x1200 /w 4xAA and you'll see more of a different between single and dual care (SLI/CF) setups I'm sure.

Still, congrats on that score Overklokk, I know you can do it...17k single must fall.

That is what keeps it futureproof. It will valid a year from now when 07 is out, while the 06 will not and neither will 03, as both do not represent true in game performance.

    Holy crappola

Congrats dude. Those hardmods really do help with more vcore/vmem.

They are also clocked way lower. Look at the clocks in CF setups and then look at them again for this setup. More than 100MHz difference in clocks. If they can get these clocks on a CF setup (which will happen very soon), 22k should come easy, even though they are CPU bound.

I see what I see, and you see what you see. I can't make you see what I see, but I can tell you what I see is not what you see. Truth is, we see what we want to see, and what we want to see is what those around us see. And what we don't see is... well, conspiracies.

So you're telling me that, in true game performance, that CF/SLi is only worth like 10 more frames a second?

    Didn't think so...

03 and 06 do alot better job.

I'm still confused on why 05 hit the cpu bottleneck so quickly in comparison to 03 honestly.
