Does 2x256 have a hit on Pi?

I´m not doing it for the times i´m doing for the highest mhz on the ram. And dont compare 2x256 times with 2x512mb times they are diffrent.

That will be one tough challenge my friend My sticks @ 3.8V can only complete 1m @ ~282Mhz. Definately would need to pour on the Vmem in order to get it benchable @ 300......maybe I'll give it a shot or two in a couple of days

Theres a differece due to bank interleaving. Not sure how much. His trtw and and trc clocks aren't helping either. But 302mhz 2-2-2-5 is just f'n INSANE! Lastviking is truely an xtreme ledgend with his BH5s
