7800 gtx 512mb sudden death

i jest get my self a msi gtx 512mb from some one in xs.
card jest work fine for 2 days, and then the screen start to flash
restart my system and start to see error sign in the bios and the os, try it
on 3 main board, its look like its die after 3 days with no oc at all.
so my msi go for RMA
i talk with a friend of main and he have same issue with XFX card.

is there any know issue with the gtx 512 or i jest have very bad luck....
