    Works for Intel / has friends that work for Intel. Anyways, cant wait to see results, which core is this, Pressler or CedarMill?

    You pick this up from that guy on ebay with all the 950's and whatnot? I almost picked it up for mere 650.

    this is that dual core hyper-threading cpu, isnt it? if i am wrong, please correct me. when are those types of cpu's and mobo's for them supposed to be released to the public?

    yes, DC with HT (shows as 4 procs). Supposed to be available Q1'06 in retail. Mobos are available now...just don't really like Asus or Gigabyte...wish DFI has a 955X mobo..

    You wanna go with an Asus 975 board. They made the best 955 board by a long way, you could be waiting forever for a dfi board but asus really have intel sorted out in terms of intel chipsets and their offerings.

    So these CedarMill/Presler chips will work with 955X but are better suited to go with 975X, and even better paired with the Broadwater chipset? Is this correct?
