Japanese Racecar Radiator cooled SLI Setup

I know some people use Car Radiators in passive setups. I bought this Koyo Race Car Radiator (US $75 Ebay) for passive cooling. I previously had a BIX, MCP350 and 3/8" Tubing. This revision inclues:

    7/16" Tubing
    Iwaki MD20-RZG2
    Koyo Radiator

    The Components:

    Asus A8N SLI Deluxe
    A64 Venice 3000+
    3X Samsung Spinpoint 200GB HD
    Ultra Wizard Case

    Watercooling:
    Polarflo CPU,GPU Blocks
    Maze 4 Chipset block

I removed the 3.5" Bays thinking the Pump will fit in that spot, but I am not so sure it can once I put it in.

what need is there for a fan? I bet the water would cool down to ambient by the time it reaches the other side of the rad if it were just sitting slightly above the ground horizontally.

    3 Samsung Spinpoints 200gb

Had to move Harddisks up in 5.25 Bays. No Air flow there, so Had to tie down a 92MM Fan. Hopefull it will be enough.

    Hard Disk Fan Fits

    Figuring out Tubing Path

Pump is not going to fit... I guess it must be mounted outside.
7/16" Tubing on 1/2" Barbs tight fit

I could not find any reducer to Connect the Tubes to the Inlet/Outlet
The Radiator Inlet and Outlet I measured to be 19/20 of an inch ~ 1 Inch. I am using 7/16" ID 5/8" OD Tubing. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks

--Edit: The Reducers (1" to 1/2") are available at Mcmaster. Thanks ShadowingFx for the info.--

I purchased them. They seem very simple in design. If you plan on making one I will give you dimentions (pm). Though For the cost of making them it may be better to buy and ship to Egypt. I bought 3 of them. But I found a site which has them in Packs of 10.

Power Supply , Seasonic S12 600Watt Arrived Today. Zerex Super Coolant is scheduled to arrive Fryday. I am ordering 1" to 1/2" Reducers tonight from Mcmastser to connect the Tubes to the Radiator Inlet and Outlet.

(BTW, Heat shrink tubing is not Shrinking for some reason . I am sleaving PSu right now.) I guess I'll use electrical tape

thanks for ur help but i think shipping them to egypt won't be a good idea since ti will cost me more than their original price to shi to EGypt plus adding the taxes and customs i will pay to take them

between this site buy.com won't ship to Egypt anyway so i can't order from it :s
