OK guys, here's what we know:

When running 4gb of memory in Windows XP it is not all recognized or used by default. 3gb is the most you will see. When running SP1 you can add the switch " /PAE" (Physical Address Extension) to your boot.ini file and 4gb is recognized and can be addressed by applications.

When running SP2 with 4gb, only 3gb is recognized by XP. Using any combination of Microsoft's suggest switches in boot.ini will not help.

We realize that few of you will have 4gb of memory to test with, but possibly you have run across a fix or a simply a genius and know the answer already. (No we can't send you 4gb to test with )

See this link for some info on SP1. This works just fine until you install SP2:

Let us know if you have any ideas.

Thanks
