Some pretty good bh-6

Hello,

I was cleaning out my closet when i stumbled upon a 256 mb card of Kingston value ram, and wouldn't you know it, the ram was bh-6. MY results with the ram at 3.2 v is shown in the attachment.

AT this voltage it seems to have met its peak, i own a DFI lanparty Nf3 motherboard and have seen many ways to get the ram more voltage, I am wondering which would be the best way for me to mod this, this computer is my only computer and i want the computer running constantly (not at extreme volts mind you) but for other ram.
