So I bought the new Dell Inspiron 6000 with dedicated graphics (ati x300), which uses the "new" i915pm chipset, which supports the "new" 533fsb Pentium M's. I got the Pentium M 715, which runs 15x100=1500mhz.
By grounding the bsel0 pin, the system runs at 133fsb as opposed to 100. The result is 15x133=2000, or the equivalent of a Pentium M 760, which would have cost $350 more.
It's fully prime95 stable, and even with an undervolt.
Default:
6x100=600 @ 0.988v
15x100=1500 @ 1.340v
Overclocked + Undervolted:
6x133=800 @ 0.700v
15x133=2000 @ 1.148v
I made a first draft of a semi-formal writeup on this at http://www.ijib.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=3
