    BH-5 or CH-5 UTT???

Got an itchy finger over the confirm order button at komplett.co.uk on a set of 2x512 twinmos speed premium.....they have BH-5 and CH-5 (new UTT).....the BH-5 is £41 a stick the CH is £48. Anyone care to give me their experience/'feeling' on which sticks to get?

From the official TwinMOS pricelist it looks like PC3200 SP is only CH5 now and PC3500 SP is only BH5... if you got PC3200 SP BH5 you are very lucky

Also seems strange the BH5 is cheaper... on the pricelist the CH5 is the cheaper option

Yeah, the new BH5 is outperformed on average by the new CH5.

Gulp. Ah well, not to try is not to know and all that, maybe they'l be gems. But if they do seem to do under average clocks (compared to CH-5 UTT) I'l return them, komplett has a ten day cool off period, just got to be really careful when I open the packet heheh. Yeah, about the funny prices, thats komplett all over, their prices change quickly with demand, I guess the CH-5 is in higher demand...should be here tomorow or the day after.

I've trailed through the long winbond IC thread, but not really got any nice comparable evidence between new BH and CH....anyone got any links or the like?

I'd say they perform about the same.
    I got lucky with a pair of 512MB V-Data BH-5. doing 272MHz 2-2-2-5 3dmarkstable
not many CH-5 can do that...

Well, not everybody gets lucky all the time, i always get CBBID´s or (in case of Athlon XP´s) other freaky steppings... As for motherboards? i got the Rev A00 of DFI, which is also the suckiest.

If my Value VX wont OC, ill give them also back... (or not, but mine cost over 140€! (yeaH VALUE))... Not 120 Mini US.DLLS, so its not the same.

To the person/ppl that thought that 3200 SP is only CH-UTT:

    https://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=309097

Says quite clearly heheh But of course I cant be certain. But hey, if they are CH, well then I have saved £7 a stick, and I have a good reason to rma if they dont clock.

Komplett stocks both BH5 and CH5 SP PC3200, they must have looked on the modules as it clearly says which chips are used. Also the SP3200 BH5 was added to the site loads later than the CH5 PC3200, so they must have had good reason to differentiate between the two.

See this post by a DFI employee about nF4 revisions.

I don't see anything wrong with my CBBID 0505 either.
