    only 15250 marks with a diego and 6600gt? I get well over 20k with my winny at those clocks, 23.6k at 2GHz on the winny. Looks like aa/af was turned on for that score or pci-e chipset drivers werent installed, its that bad 2.78GHz isnt bad for chilled water. Probably 2.65GHz on air cooling but another guy hit 2.72 though. AMD may be speed binning, I say this because even the old 130nm fx55 often hit 2.8GHz or even 2.9GHz on air. It may take a 90nm fx55 to hit near or even 3GHz on air, its known that amd saves the best yields and silcon for the fx chips but compare at $900 for 90nm fx55 at say 3GHz vs. $350 for 3700+ diego at say 2.7GHz. Thats more than 2.5x the price for about 11% more cpu clocks! Nice review and gives us a good idea of the cpus overclockability

    hot damn!! looking good....hopefully my 3700 SD will do just as well, keep in mind that every single chip clock differently but as far as I can tell the 1MB definitely worth the extra cash over 512KB!!

    15c is chilled, regular water is room temp but the cpu warms it up to like 40c. Id like to see what you get with regular room temp air cooling, please?

    Don't you think this is all relative to one's location and what the ambient temperature is? Room temperature varies from one region to another.

    I think similar results on air would be possible. His temps were only 39c! with 1.5v
    Temps would likely be acceptable on air with those volts, maybe mid 50's. Very promising

    The point is not his score, but the score in comparison to the winny with same settings. Argh, you're irritating.

    They're that way so that those used to looking at pretty pictures and then running to the forums saying "OMG SANDIEGO THE R0X0RZ TH3 B7G ON3 !!!"....look closer at the charts to see the REAL difference lol.

    cannot wait for mine to get in...

    i reallllllly hope it works correctly at -100C....
    I used to have links here demonstrating how awesome I am, but it's been so long that they're not very relevant (and the pictures have disappeared), so I guess I'll have to get working on new stuff.

    FX55=what like 800+ dollars?
    diago=sub 500 and needs less volts

    We still havent seen a diago under phase have we? Either way the FX55 may or may not still be king but the diago is the obvious winner if you don't have unlimited funds.

    thats irrevelent if both are scoring abnormally low, then how would I know if the difference shouldnt be alot greater? 15c is about 60f which is quite a bit cooler than what most of us keep our rooms at, my rooms near 80f

    Get your facts straight, that 2.72 was a WINCHESTER.
