    Corsair XLPT pass DDR 680 cas 2.5 on DFI nf4 Ultra D.

    Corsair XLPT ver 1.2 pass DDR 680 on DFI nf4 Ultra D.
    New Corsair PCB rock.
    vram 3.0v.
    Still continous.
    SS low because CPU x8 only. Aircool with Hyper 6.

    Wow! Nice results, I think you have the record for highest Corsair XL OC, most of the high TCCD oc's come from G.Skill and OCZ.

    Not most, me & HARDCORECLOCKER we have A-DATA TCCD & I am memtest stable @312 2.5-3-3-5 1T his results r also very good

    Maybe you should try to tighten RAS Precharge to 3 and loosen TRas respectively ?? You could gain some bandwidth making so i think...
    And if you're only trying to reach max. freqency then Tras should go much higher, cause 6 is quite tight- especialy for rest timings loosen as much

    if this really is 340 1:1 how come its not getting more attention? ive only seen like 315 maybe 330fsb 1:1 (i dont pay much attention to highest fsb anymore)

    It's a pair Corsair TwinX512-XLPT ver1.2 with new Corsair PCB. Not Xpert ram. Very hard to touch OPB.

    now the highest HTT is 307...now i am still trying to OC again

    No. No LCD, no LEDs. XLPT is just a regular "platinum" (gray) heatspreader. The one with LEDs is XLPRO and the one with LCD is XLXPERT

    New bench sisoft at 345 2.5 4 3 7 with 3,1v vram. I still not try relax timing.
    Sweet spot i think is 2.9v to 3.1v to run 24/7. Max i tried 3.2. I will try more.
