    Mini battle between 540 vs 640 (+ oc)

    Yesterday i did some tests.

    Mobo Abit As8 unmodded , bh@250@2225(no gat),winxp without tweaks.

    540-> 3,2@4@1,4vcore
    640-> 3,2@4@1,4vcore

    Box cooling both.

    Metabench


    Pcmark2002 (little old i know...)

    there have been a few comparisons on other sites but this is one of the better ones, as Kunaak says though, would like to see 3dmarks, dont worry about the gpu as long as same on both we should still see a difference in performance although not much I guess. think i might buy one of these 6xx's

    Is 1.7125v "okay" for 24/7? Sounds a bit high to me.
    The 4.4GHz with only 1.5125 is very impressive though!

    My 630 can do SuperiPi at 4GHz with 1.5v. Will report back tomorrow with results with more voltage.

    yesterday i did vdroop+vagp

    i am prime stable here http://www.thelab.gr/attachment.php?s=&postid=185795
    at 4700 starts throttling.

    But with ctp program i stop thermal monitor and i got this
