GSKILL DDR400 Cheaper Module Testing Report(2.5V DDR500 Finished)

Last Night, I go to the computer-shop to repair my old Computer.
I update the memory form DDR333 to DDR400 512MBX2 CAS=2-3-3-6.Show the Picture for You.

Gs has new package in this module. And it has lable in IC.MARK. It look like not bad.


Tesing environment
K8 939 3000+ 0.09 0448SPAW
MSI MSI K8N NEO4
G-Skill DDR400 512MBX2
Geforce 6200
PLEXTOR 712A
Power 550w

First: Run the Default Value DDR400 2-3-3-6 1T Command.
The testing programming is related with CPU FSB.


Overclocking ability. 1:1 DDR466 2.5 –3-3-6 1T


CPU Run 300 x 9.memory Run DDR490 2.5-4-4-8 1T
In the testing environment, I make sure 2.5V low voltage.
But it depend on various motherboaed. In the 2.5V,Some board is 2.5V, others maybe add a little voltage.



DDR500 2.5 4-4-8 1T 2.55V


This module is low level DDR400 2-3-3-6.
In the Voltage,Dram-timing and Overclocking ability are not bad.

The ram looks very promising at low voltages and decent timings. I ordered a gig of it from the Egg for 154$ shipped, so price/performace looks very good. I will post how well it clocks on a 754 board....

Was that a joke or am I just clueless here... The pic you posted says 2.5-3-3-7 at DDR500 (PC4400), yet you said it was rated at 2.5-4-4-8?!
