    Could be the CPU's memory controller. There's a lot of problems cropping up over Winchester's memory controller. Seems only a few Winnies actually OC much more than 2.4-2.5GHz. Try flashing to the most current BIOS for your mobo. Also I recall reading somewhere on this forum and also on DFI-Street that using the 20-24 pin convertor wasn't a good idea. They said to use a proper ATX 2.1 PSU, not sure if that was just in regards to using SLI though. If there's still no joy after trying all that, then I'm sorry to tell you, but you probably have a winnie with a bad controller. I can't think of much else.

    I didn't have luck with week 43... it probably is your CPU. Week 40, 41, and 48 seem to be the best.
