MSI K8N Neo2 Vdimm mod.. (PC ICE's way?)

Hey guys,
I just ordered a gig of the TwinMOS w/ Winbond UTT stuff (check my thread @ OCforums http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=350856 for more info) and I need to give it some juice to make it do what I want with kick a$$ timings.

so I saw this thingy over at XS and written everything I know about these caps according to my probing and what PC ICE said, in his thread (see link @ the bottom)

Ok so I'm thinking about copying ( ) PC ICE method with adding caps in the missing spots, do you think this method is good? ofcourse I can control my 3.3v line but isn't it risky to run your 3.3v @ 3.6-3.7 volts?
