How Far Can Your OCZ 3700EB go?

    hi,
    FIRST POST!

I would like to know (if you peeps still have any EB ) how far you can get it and at what timings MemTest #5 Stable?

I am asking as im finally getting a 3400NC and want to be able to run 10x260 1:1 - I know my EB can do 260 3-3-2-8 on this 3200CH but with any luck on a better mem controller maybe 265 is possible

    Cheers for any feedback

My 3500EB does 3-2-2-5 up to 270. I have seen some reach above 290.

I think thats for single stick. DUal stick is most likely very poor as the newer AMD chips or mobos dont like micron chips, so I've heard/read

EB doesn't work well on most MSI K8N Neo2 mobos, so bear that in mind if you are planning on going 939 at any point.

if i were u, i would sell them before it depreciates even more. Its very hard to sell EBs now a days.

The only reason it's hard to sell is that EB is better than people give it credit for. People freak out and sell their old "bad" RAM whenever a new type of RAM comes out.

    512MB EB3700
SuperPi 1M@ 295MHz 3-2-2-8, 3.3V Vdimm, fan on top of ram.

Didn't run 3Dmark at that speed. Never tried memtest w/ this either.

I was just playing around today and I almost got a screenshot with my PC3500 EB at 250MHz 3-2-2-6 in my NF7-S today. This mobo is holding me back... Maybe I need to upgrade sometime.

I have hit 290 3-2-2- on a modded epox 9nda3+ with 3.4Vdimm using 2x512. I have a feeling I may see 300 with the new generation of NF4 and ATI chipset boards im now testing.

Remember a lot has to do with cpu memory contrllors also
