How to make the inductor coils quiet?

How can I make them quite? One of these 3 thinks is making a terrible noise, can I easily put hotglue on them? Or are they getting so gut that they will burn the hot-glue?

This noise is making me crazy! Here you can see some informations:

Good-rubber cement. soaks into coils better than hot melt glue. rubber dissipates vibration of coil. Rubber bad for heat though

Better-super glue. soaks into coils very well and bonds them to core, decent heat resistance.

Best- epoxy, used by factory, strong bond.

I'm guessing the sound is kinda a whistle/Chirp/high pitch buzz type sound?? I had this issue with an Enermax 550watt power supply. reduced problem by dropping drops of super glue on the offending coils.
