    Available : Abit IC7 modded BIOS 26

    Hello

Many thanks to tictac for sharing the tools in the thread, otherwise the mods would not have been possible

I have modded ABIT IC7 BIOS 26 and unlocked most of the hidden options (check log below)

DISCLAIMER : You will assume 100% responsibility for using these BIOSes. Neither myself or anyone else in these forums are to be blamed if anything goes wrong with your setup after using these modded BIOS. I don't use SATA/RAID so I couldn't test. The hidden options were unlocked from the stock IC7 BIOS 26 from Abit website, no other modules were added or modified.

There are 2 versions of the BIOS 26 that I have modded. I have flashed and use both, it is working. I would suggest that you get familliar with the flashing procedure and prepare corrective actions before you flash. Also try to copy down every BIOS setting in your current setup, you will need to restore the same settings after the flash. Maybe you want to get a BIOS Saviour or another working BIOS chip just to be safe. You shouldn't flash in overclocked-mode. Restore to stock speeds for CPU/RAM/etc before flashing.

To download these BIOS, right-click and select SAVE

IC7_26B.rar - This version includes ALL options described in the Change Log. The only problem is you will need to re-install Windows, most likely due to ACPI Power Management available in this version. Your existing Windows installation will NOT load if you choose to use IC7_26B.rar

IC7_26M.rar - This version includes ALL options described in the Change Log EXCEPT the Power Management options. After flashing, re-apply your previous BIOS options and you should be able to load Windows.
