Anyone has this ram and know what max volt i can use ?

I run mine with 2.9v ( Haven't tried higher and was able to get 2.5-3-3-6 @ 265 1:1 with my 2.8e and P4C800ED combo. The ram is pretty decent stuff, I've even had it up to DDR584 with slacked timings.

I can't offer any advice on timmings or voltages, but I am curious what you think of the RAM. I'm trying to decide between the Plat rev2 or some 3700 Gold Rev3 for the DFI nf3 I have coming.

My 3200 Plat rev 2.0 1 gig kit will be here on monday or tuesday, I had it RMA'd as a replacement for my 3500EB which wouldn't work with 1T/over 220 HTT on my 939 rig.

From what I hear its special selected Samsung TCCD chips rated for DDR500. I'm expecting atlleast 260 1:1 2.5-3-3-7, these chips probably won't do much more with volts as they would with slacked timings.

I can run it 320 1:1 but not very stable.
Its very good ram, but wonder what max volt i can put on it.

That is a nice OC from its standard rating. Thanks for the info, and I hope you can get it stable and still keep an OC near that 320.

Some new info.

Got past 5000Meg/sec in Sandra at 320FSB.
And took the board to 340FSB 1:1 for 10-15 secs (Not that i belive it myself yet, has to be something that is wrong!)
This ram is very nice =)

Managed to run a sandra at 338fsb 1:1
But without 1T it dont make good score.

What did you do to go from 4645 to 5010?
Only thing i see changed is your HTT from 319 to 320.

Did you go from 2t to 1t?

1T worked up to 320 so far.
But im still novice at this.
Volt readings are brooken on this board now it seems..but i continue till fans fall off =)

Before i knew that it use some divider.
The rest is "whole" multis..

Havent played much with 2-2-2 but it got to ~225mhz something.

Ram is cold yet.
Dont think 3.0 really is 3.0.
Cant run any Pi test with 320 CPC on, yet =)
310 was ok in prime for 47 minutes, moving on to 315 now.
