they max at 261 for some benchmarks, 262 is a crash.

256 max 3dmark. all these at 2-2-2-11 with 3.4v

3.7v doesnt help any, the chips just hit a wall there.

i entered your bh5 as max 250fsb with 3.4v ,ok? as 3dmarkstable is usually a few mhz above the max prime+game/3dmark stable, or is it prime+game stable at 256mhz?

@Evil

The board very likely hits its limits there... (APIC, stable voltages, cooling)

My BH-5:

2x256MB Twinmos 303WE
255MHz+ at 3.45V, 2.0-2-2-11

2x256MB KHX3200 2-2-2
260MHz+ at 3.36V, CPC on, 11-2-2-2-2.0-9-12
both heatspreaders still in place...
- 1st stick SPD <0337
- 2nd stick SPD <0345

Anyone seen '3092E' stepping before? I can get a great deal on 2x512 Twinmos with that stepping.

im not really sure. i wouldnt say its too stable up in that range. just say 256 3dmark, no known stable. i dont think i ever got a good 110% stable point above 250.... 250 worked alright. i need to get that ram back, a friend if barrowing it, we traded and i have his corsair bh5(double sided, its good, but DOUBLE FREAKIN SIDED!!)

sayaa:
make it like 3.3v @ 250. the voltage almost seems not to effect this stuff. 3.72 didnt get me anything compared to 3.2 or so. *shrug*

sorry JenkaRiPS, never heard of that stepping, be sure to post the results if you get it! is it bh5 with the 309 stepping on it? if yes then its probably good stuff, the last bh5 usually was.
