    Help - Asus P8P67 Deluxe Rev. 3.0 - CPU RED LED / Q-Code 30 - not booting

I have problem with boot on this motherboard, it gave me red CPU LED when are installed two memory modules in blue slots, nothing on Q-Code is showing, when I leave one module in A2 I have red RAM LED and Q-Code 30, when I hit MEM OK its start blinking, restart computer several times and still nothing happen.

Memory are G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2gb F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH compatible with this m/b they are on Asus QVL list and they are ok on 100%, I tried reinstall with no luck.

Tried clear CMOS on rear backplate button, nothing helped.
I remove cpu and checked socket pins on m/b all are good, but still have this problem

    8pin connector is connected

    CPU; 2600k - brand new
    MEM; G.Skill Ripjaws 2x2gb F3-12800CL7D-4GBRH - 100% fine from my previous setup
GPU: EVGA GTX 280 - 100% fine from my previous setup
PSU: Corsair HX620W - 100% fine from my previous setup

    Please help

Try removing the battery and leaving it like that for 20 mins. Also keep the Clear Cmos button pressed for like 30 seconds with the battery out of the mobo

I had a simalar problem when changing from Mushkin to Gskill. I reset CMOS with power unplugged. Then Installed one stick in slot A2. It started, I then set the timmings in bios saved, shut it down then added the other stick, been running good since.

Windows 7 loader has no effect on if a computer will enter BIOS or not.

I am barely experienced in OCing matters. But, note that I had a different problem when using DRAM that apparently runs best at about 1.65V--which is the top value yielding general predicted safety on our boards.

I was able to forget about having any DRAM-related problems when I switched to Corsair Vengeance (1.5V). The DRAM always runs at 1600 to 1648 MHz unless my OC settings are very conservative. I don't know if making such a switch might help you since I have scant info on your RAM, but you might consider whether a switch could be desirable.
