    Asus 6970 @ 1300/1450 ln2

Hi guys been playing with the ASUS 6970 lately finally got around some issues and could open it up, this was for the hwbot country cup but unfortunately i forgot to save the data file , anyway this was alot of fun, once i got around the issue of clocking the card with software i found i am having OCP issues over 1.4vcore so at this stage im limited to max 1300mhz until i get a work around for this, only mod that has been done is the vcore mod. I dont seem to have any issues with going cold as T-M and others experienced. Card did not like going past -150c tho it would just cold bug and reboot until -140.
Anyway here is my few quick runs as i only had 3 ltrs of LN2.

Test system was : ASUS R3E , i7 980x, ASUS 6970, Corsair AX1200, Super talent 2000 c7, King pin F1EE and Tek 9 FATBOY, Lian Li pit stop t60 benchrack (modded by me)

    Amazing clocks, well done!
Wonder why you don't have any cold issues, perhaps you don't let some components freeze, or something...

The Ocing gods have answered AMD's (video card) cold bug prayers!
so you would have 10th spot in the Unigen stage 1 if you saved the file? I have a good feeling you can get even higher. Nice one fester!

    Very nice clocks!

However, the 6970 doesn't seem to score very well for the clocks

nice one fester, repping that shiz

Another thing I find funny is AMD/Intel would snipe any of our Moms on a grocery run if it meant good quarterly results, and you are forever whining about what feser did?

    very nice work fester

the drivers for this card are junk, especially in 3/4 way, where there is hardly any scaling from 2 to 4 cards and no scaling from 3 to 4...

when we have some nice drivers this card might be a bit of already in 4-way 03!

No drivers are rubbish at this point in time and i was completely amazed at how bad the scores scaled with clocks.

Sure, why not, No probrem, yeah i think soon we may see some better drivers coming out for scaling, cannot wait till we do, we will have to catch up and try some 4 way when they do.

Use software to get up to 1.5v like smartdoctor or afterburner then when your at max volt with software then use your hardmod for the rest because there is no ocp when you use software for volts thats what i did to get past 1.65v on those cards
