    Intel Core i5-2500K + ASUS Maximus IV Extreme @ AIR

    Here some results of my Retail 2500K on the ASUS Maximus IV Extreme. Some details of the rig:

    Intel Core i5 2500K (Batch: L041B517)
    ASUS Maximus IV Extreme (Bios 0653)
    2x 2GB Exceleram DDR3-1600 CL6

    My 24/7 setup is 4GHz @ 1,152V, but 4,5GHz with 1,29V is no problem to.
    I would set the Vcore for daily use not over 1,4V.

    A realistic setup is 4,5GHz with 1,3V or 4,7GHz with 1,38V. (i5 2500K, with a 2600K a little bit better)

    Look at the screens or do you mean temps while the 32M run @ 5350MHz?

    1. ASUS Maximus IV Extreme
    2. ASUS P8P67 Deluxe
    3. Gigabyte P67A-UD4

    But the MIVE was only for the review in my rig and a few days ago i sold the UD4 and bought me the Deluxe - result - i prefer the P8P67 Deluxe

    Yes, the heatsinks are very heavy.
