2X4Gb of GSKILL Trident 12800CL7 can do 2000 7-8-7 on Crosshair IV Extreme

Those days i m testing the new AMD board from Asus ROG, the Crosshair IV Extreme. That board seems pretty good for memory overclocking .... That s the first time i m testing 2*4Gb DDR3 kit and that 8Go Kit can do 2Ghz 7-8-7-24 on that AMD board . Ic's are not PSC for sure but i still have to open it :p



System configuration :

Mobo : Asus Rog Crosshair IV Extreme
Ram : 2 X 4Gb G.SKill Trident 12800 CL7
VGA : MSI 480GTX Lightning
PSU : Antec TPQ 1200W OC
CPU : AMD Phnom II X6 1090T
Cooling : Homemade watercooling ~21°

2000 7-8-7-24 1.8V

8Gb (2*4Gb) of G.Skill Trident 12800CL7 are running fine to 2Ghz 7-8-7-24





2200 9-10-9-24 1.65V


Like other AMD Asus board, that C4E is also very good for memory oc, Here i can get 2200 CL9 stable with 8Gb of G.Skill Trident 12800 CL7
