    Cheap AM3 ITX - MINIX 6150SE-UC3

Just bought it today for HKD $ 399 ( ~$51 USD)
    with "Old" GeForce 6150SE

    Pic from HKEPC

The board itself support up to 95W TDP CPU

It uses Desktop DDR3 RAM , which is good news to me as I have couple of DDR3 available

The onboard comes with D-Sub (VGA) port output , but with PCI-e x16 slot
you can plug in any PCIe Graphic Card ( as long as it fits in your ITX Case!)

It doesn't have WiFi , USB 3.0 or eSATA port, but for a cheap ITX Build you can't really beat the price

I will upload some pic of it later tonight

    Something wrong with it??
    I won't use 95W CPU with it , as it's for my ITX build I will get a 240e , maybe a Sempron 145/Athlon II x2 260 at max

For the price that looks like a very nice little board. I wouldn't try and run a 95W chip in it, as the CPU area looks a little weak, but for USD $50 even a 95W chip is probably going to be overkill. As for the lack of HDMI - you'd be crazy to try and use the onboard to drive a TV. Board is clearly meant to have a silent expansion card slotted in and used for video decoding.

    PCIe x16
as GeForce 6150SE don't have native support with PCI-e 2.0

For all who are still interested, I just ordered the board. Will report back when I had the time to test it. Still need RAM to go with it.

The reasons for choosing this particular board are:
    - low price
    - official support for 95W TDP CPUs (upgrade path to X6 in the future)
    - large variety of BIOS options (most importantly for me undervolting options for the CPU)
    - single chipset --> easier to cool
    - pcie slot for an additional video card (thinking about using a Nvidia G210 that I have lying around)
    - uses standard DDR3 RAM

The Geforce 6150SE isn't really fast when it comes to HD videos. It's much too old for that task. But you can still add a video card like a small Geforce or Radeon to make it a nice HTPC. For good HD video decoding you want at least a Nvidia Geforce 8200 chipset (or newer) or a AMD 780G chipset or newer.
But if you have a dual core CPU, it should still work. The CPU load will be high, but it should do the trick.

Have motherboard makers actually been able to unlock cores with Nvidia Chipsets? I've had 3 Nvidia based boards. All of which advertise some form of ACC/UCC and none of them work. Plop the cpu in pretty much and AMD chipset and it doesnt break a sweat.

There is a Zoltac ITX from the Egg with WiFi and the Geforce 8200 which goes on sale from time-to-time. Otherwise ....

J&W stuff never makes it to the States -- not sure about distribution in Europe. Here is the model I'd like to put on the bench if I could get my hands on it ...
