A big Thank you to Gigabyte and Dinos22

Since most of you folks don't get over to the WCG section often I wanted to post this here also.
It's not often that a company does a good thing just for the sake of doing so but this just happenned.
Dinos22 went to Gigabyte and they sent our WCG team 6-Gigabyte EX58A-UD3R boards.
Very nice gesture on their part!
    More on this here:

There wasn't/isn't any ulterior motive that I could/can see.
Maybe a little exposure and a Thank you thread?
It's not something they need as lets face it, their current boards are excellent and selling well.
I had a X58 UD4 board here and no issues at all and I mean none.

You can't blame Sascha, he's German! Germans are negative about everything If you give someone 20 bucks around here he will ask you why you didn't give him 50
Notice any grammar or spelling mistakes? Feel free to correct me! Thanks

Very nice gesture by GB and Dinos! It's nice to see big companies help out enthusiasts like this, especially when the good cause like WCG is in question.

We see things differently. When someone does a good thing for me I don't question their motives,I say thank you and mean it.
Maybe it's a cultural thing that makes us see things so differently or just our outlook on life but I see the glass as 1/2 full and you see it as 1/2 empty.
At least thats how it appears to me.
Maybe it's age and life experience that separates us.
Your mid 20's,I'm late 50's and seen a lot of the bad in this world.
Maybe that makes me appreciate the good things more than you do or at least not question them.
Bottom line is they did a nice deed here and that is all that should matter to anyone.

Even if the boards might have come out of the marketing budget I can't see anything wrong with it, I mean they could have spent the money on some additional cheap looking flash ads around the web instead, so why not give away some boards to help a good cause?

Well, considering I just noticed the banner ads because of your comment, I think this had a much larger impact.
