A little gathering to introduce LN2 cooling in HK

Since in Hong Kong, LN2 or sub-zero cooling is not common because of many constraints e.g. home space, family, availability of LN2 equipment....but still some are very interested in sub-zero cooling. So My forum and I held a small talk on this subject:

Special thanks to Asus (HK), Adata (HK) and Antec for supporting this event!

Let's take a photos for incomings, the youngest boy only 13 already tried DICE...

    Today setup: i7 980X Q3FE + Asus Rampage III Extreme + Adata XPG+ 2200C8 + 2XHD5870 + Antec TPQ 1200W OC + F1EE, the second computer is for ROG connect:

I am explaining Insulation's importance, set up of LN2 POT

Explaining some situations will be encountered, e.g. CB, CBB, Cold Slow Bug....how to set up the BIOS, Vcore vs Temperature.... when you are running LN2...!

The guests are very willing to try to pour LN2 and I set out a CB -125C so let them try to control the temperture:

Finally, let me do a demonstration of 3DMark06 Dual GPU running, I would like to try to make some record!

I am setting up the BIOS for a 6G+ running, and using the Great ROG Connect function to change clocks/Vcore for GTs and CPU Test:

    running the CPU Test...seems good!

    Finally I get 3DMark06: 42088, 2XGPU WR

    Second run: 42598

    Thanks for reading!!!

I am thinking to make a gathering like SF3D did before, so that they can really LN2 their hardwares!

Excellent work Tintin, from the looks of things you covered the most important pieces (pouring to control temps, CB/CBB and BIOS setup).

    Job well done!
