Lightbulb San Ace 140mm radical fans! Any intrest?

Edit:This is a post from Air cooling, I thought it should be a thread here, as large radiators are my use for these

OK Here is all things San Ace DC, You must know this Most current pdf. 60MB file http://www.sanyo-denki.com/Data/Cool...an_Ace2009.pdf

So I'll start with The cheap one's. 109P1412M101_117cfm@1900rpm, 52Pa max pres. 38db=undervolted quiet w/lots of air flow on low density rads.
    http://www.newark.com/sanyo-denki/10...t=109P1412M101

I'd consider these, but if I'm spending $1460.00 & waiting 3+mo. I might as well get L series fans for not much more.
And I don't need 20 so there would have to be an interest here, by some for the rest. Edit: Keeping in mind the minimum order is 20 ie_you could get more

And then the Not as cheap L series. NO ONE will ever criticize these fans when I'm around with out me speaking up. Simply the BEST period.

    I especially covet the 9LB1412M501, Thinking Custom built case, 2 PA140.3's and rework my shrouds on 2 or 3 PA160.1's, that's 8 or 9.
Anyone wana buy the other 1 or 2? Na I can use them somewhere.

http://www.newark.com/sanyo-denki/9l...tt=9LB1412M501 Hey 10 are only like $1155 w/shipping. These will last forever undervolted. What's your old $1000 CPU worth.

    http://www.newark.com/sanyo-denki/10...t=109L1412M101 $2300

The only 140L that Newark actually stocks is this MONSTER. Decent pic you get a good idea of how freaking cool these thing's are in person.
    Sadasius would like this _http://www.newark.com/sanyo-denki/9l...fan/dp/96M7536

See only the M speed fans need be considered if you want the best balance of pressure/db which is all I care about on radiators.
My 24volt 140L's are amazing undervolters >5v! and quite. But they do move a ton of air. They are H speed 2600rpm, 160cfm=outrageous Balance

After you order these, let me know and I'll take a night-time trip to Anoka and relocate some of them while you sleep.

@OP: Have you ever been to/called/heard of Ax Man in St. Paul or Fridley? (St. Paul one is on University about 2 blocks west of Snelling Avenue)

They sometimes have random server pulled San Ace, Sanyo, Delta fans that apparently could be worth a lot. I never picked any up there but you should check it out or call them. What is on the shelves isn't always everything they have either

I've found some real gems@surplus, my 3-109L1424H102's came from:http://www.surplussales.com/Fans-Blo...ansBlow-3.html $25 each As soon as I got them I tried to buy the rest, got the last 3

Not all San Ace fans are good for quiet cooling the $10 fan on that page sucks, powerful, but loud. Haven't tried the other one.. no info on that one I can find. for $18 maybe worth a shot@1?

I've been going to Ax-man for years, not in a while but it's awesome for crazy geeks Gota go back soon thanks for reminding me.

Another great place in town is AEI Eletronics Center-6020 Highway 55. Golden Valley, Minnesota 55422. Pro Audio & general electronics heaven.

Plus we got a Micro Center, acrylic shops, powder coaters, platers, MNPC tech....Minnesota is a good place to be a Modder

No, the fans don't apply to the general population of WC'ers so I can't use them.

Skinnee: i'm guessing that if favorable review of those fans will appear on your site, then soon big part of that general WC'ers population will try to buy those

Currently White Bear Lake, originally Red Wing, and in between was St. Paul then Roseville then New Brighton.

Moving to North Branch in August

I keep moving so I can continue stealing fans and leaving no trail behind.

I have been to New Hampshire, and can verify that that are at least 3 towns there that have phones and electricity (though I can not say the same for Maine)

Also to repeat step: The 51mm fans are quite interesting.

I kinda thought some of you folks would be interested in the 51mm.

Unless I can find some real interest in the plastic 140's, I'm going for 10 of the Most Awesome 9LB1412M501.
When I do, I'll post about it if someone else want's in on the deal. Keep in mind, It take's 95 days to get these from Japan, so...

This is provoking me into designing and building a custom case to contain all this massive cooling hardware. Thinking very large, very heavy, very shiny, very black.
W/corners so sharp, you could cut your finger on them.
Like it was honed from a solid chunk of obsidian. [not Corsair] I'll use 1 1/2" mdf. and epoxy.
No other choice if I want 2 140.3' and 3 160.1's w/140x51mm fans, all internal

I have the tech & skills to pull it off. I do this kinda stuff for a living, just not to this level. Gloss black urethane coating- $200 a gal. not counting primer/surfacer.
