    Nice going Dumo! How do you like the Crosshair III? And what ram have you got? If it's Hyper, try running 6-6-6.

    Thanks Zeus
    I like this C3, first I though its hard to pump NB to 3.1Ghz+, but turned out it was my 965 0944 that have a problem.

    I'm still stuck with 2X1GB GTR

    @Memel, nice run there
    Now, freez that 555 and go for 6Ghz+ and 4Ghz+ on NB

    My 965 C3 has a pretty bad CPU-NB too. Try running your D9GTR's at 7-6-5-15 or if they're not that good try 7-6-6-18.

    This one used to run @7-6-5 with 2V, but now slowly graduated to 7-7-7 and more Vdimm.

    I guess its time to save for those fancy GT2

    lol and here i was thinking you got your hands on a yet to be released x3

    Non the less the 550 C3 looks great for overclocking specially on air. Its a really strong processor for the price and gaming performance is close to that of i5 530.

    Nice clock Memel

    Could you play with NB clock?

    This 1004 seems to have good clocking NB with subzero cooling, probly better than my 0944 965

    Great test results Dumo. This is my 555. It does unlock to quad but I haven’t had time to test it as a quad.

    I installed the 555 in the crosshair III this afternoon and put it under cold water for a few minutes. This is the first over clock on this processor so I didn’t really do any tweaking I made a few basic adjustments in the bios then booted into XP @4400MHz. I had the vcore set at 1.6v+/- so I started running Super Pi and then after every SPi run I bumped the Ht one click using Asus turbo-V. I started saving screen shots above 4700MHz and this is the last one before the system crashed and rebooted. I think it has more in it so maybe when I get a chance I’ll test it a bit more.

    @OT Nice clocking with powerful H2O there
    It can hold the load like my single stage. Can you bump up NB higher?
