    dont be so sure that its better just because it has a higher number, the 300 series is an oem only series... check the nvidia website and compare specs...

    yup, from the specylation I've heard, the odd number series are OEM with the even numbers being retail. Fermi I've heard will have two 400 series iterations when it (finally) hits the stores

    Noone really knows what the GT330 is, it does not appear to be a straight forward rebadge (like some websites suggested previously), but rather yet another version to fit in between the various existing ones.

    Seems like its a G92b variant, on the chip itself it reads:
    G92-168-B1, according to this German website it's a butchered 9800GT and looses even against the 9600 cards. They also have a gpu-z shot, but even that can't really help here.

    As for the Driver issues, try downloading the newest one from the nvidia site, just pick any of the 9600 / 9800 cards in the selection.

    That seems to be a OEM mothetboard with the p55 chip.

    Can you show some gpu-z data about that gt330?
    I would like to know if it's a gt240 renamed or a brand new card for the low/mid market.

    gt340 = gt215
    gt330 = g92

    Tbh, you would have been better off buying a 9600 card & they are dirt cheap.
