    Hey guys,

at the moment i'm testing a new budget board from DFI, the

    Blood Iron P45-T2RS Elite

    Some pictures:

I recognized that the Mosfets have no cooler but when testing the board at air, they did not warm up more then 40°C.

    Great Results

Ive been waiting for a review on this board forever, thanks for posting one.

I currently own this board which as far as i know is the same one, just has Crossfire support:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813136060

Can you post your bios specs on that aircooling run. I have been trying to get at leat 500FSB stable and cant do it. I just know I'm doing something wrong, Especially when your hitting 650FSB

    Thanks in advance.

    Thx Bigred1

The Board is not the same although BI series. The DK series is EOL and the BI Elite is the new one, seems to be completely different when OCing. For 600 quick run @prime i used 1,22V VTT and 1,35V NB.

Oh really, that sucks, I was under the impression they were the same. Have you ever tested the version I have? I want 500FSB+ so badly lol.

I wonder what the differences are?

Nice work man, still surprises me that a board with so little gimmicks still performs so strong... pure designed for high FSB
Question : Why do some overclockers switch into d*ckmode when money is involved

Remark : They call me Pro Asus Saaya yupp, I agree

Very impressive FSB. Definitely a budget board with potential to do some damage. Very nice cpu you have too.

Could you do more stability test for 730 fsb please. In that case you should grab an old Pentium 4 631 and hit more than 8179mhz for max clock for new WR of course : )

Nice and fast board as usual from DFI.

Nice and fast board as usual from DFI.
Some how I don't think 730FSB would be stable all.

Somehow me either, but anything over 700mhz for FSB on P45 is quit un usual. it's worth trying for max clock def. And of course solid drive on 640-660 for 24/7 usage with that E8600, i wouldn't bother at all.

sorry for offtopic but is there someone here who have experience with

    DFI LanParty DK P45T2RS Elite [ http://www.dfi.com/portal/CM/cmprodu...rmal&mode=view ]

is that board EOL and what that actually means ? i found it on local IT forum and some guy will sell that MB for 100e only...
