Finally have the chance of testing the masterpiece conceived by Shamino : the EVGA Classified.

It's a retail version, bought in the local EVGA reseller.

The layout of the motherboard it's near perfect: large amount of space of CPU area, double 12v for CPU, 3+1 PCIe ....

In order you can have a more correct perception of the potential of this motherboard did quick tests with a retail I7 920 Air Cooled and with a retail I7 965 cooled by my Mini-cascade (~-80ºC).

1 -I7 920 Air Cooled

And, to my surprise run Superpi 32M at 4.600Mhz - thats a sub-8m 32M run Air cooled .. here is it:

Also did a quick 3Dmark 06 run with a stock EVGA GTX295 with 920 at 4.500Mhz Air cooled ..here is it:

Not bad for a air cooled 920, right ?

And on first attempt 5.200Mhz quite easy ..

With a bit more fine tunning maybe 32M is possible at this speed

A quick test of the bandwith with Cas7

Not bad for start ..

With HT on pass the eavy CPU test of 3DMark 2006 at 4.9GHz

Hope also pass Vantage at 4.900Mhz ..although the Vantage CPU test are quite violent to my little cascade ..

More to come, of course...

I must say I'm quite impressed with the firts tests of the EVGA Classified ... very nice work Shamino and the rest of the EVGA Team
