DFI Lanparty JR X58 T3H6 review (56k warning)

Hello everyon , about late last year everyone will remember JR P45, JR 790GX from DFI and i thought everyone will love it, well now DFI make it again on X58 platform with JR X58-T3H6 so come to see what happen with it

    Motherboard Pictures

    Package&Bundled

    Board Layout

With the small size of the board devices will be installed on many but with the smaller size in Prati reasonable is not surprised that the engineers have been moved take some of the equipment below is the PCB to reduce jamming of the device and it would make it easy to design as well.

6 Phase CPU PWM, well PWM controller chip it is made in Thailand

    6x DDR3 Triple-Channel, Support DDR3-1066/1333/1600 and 1800MHz(OC), up to 24GB

Northbridge Heatsink, At this time it seems the design of the thermal suite to the northbridge cooler from DFI will become the standard to their own. To be designed as two pieces which we can lift the top fin set out above to facilitate the adjustments that thermal suite is set to custom cooling with water or in Extreme mode as a DICE or LN2

    Southbridge ICH10R , EZ Switch and 6x SATA3.0, support RAID0, 1, 0+1, 5 and Digital segment Debug

    Expansion Slot, 2x Pci-e x16(gen 2.0) support CrossfireX and SLI , 1x Pci-e x1, 1x PCI 32bit

    ClockGen Chip

Sound on board Realtek ALC889 8Channel

    Back I/O Panel

Very nice ZoLKoRn, how hot does N/S get? I was thinking of buying this for a HTPC build. I know it will be extreme but I rather be ahead then trying to catch up.. I will be water cooling the CPU and GPU only. Unless the N/S get really hot?

Well today i have some results with it again from after i tried mod it to support 3x CFX, so how come i make it to support CFX because
it have only 2x pci-e x16 two slot ??? hehehe please don't forgot it have one pci-e x4 slot but on original the slot it close type then i'm
cut it by cuter for it open type

it's standard from DFI before i moding it

After modified it to open type style on pci-e x4 slot

    installing card action

system setup on 3x HD4850 CFX

OKay... let to see some benching with this system on 3x HD4870CFX i think everyone will like this

I'm happy you got so good results with the temps, I tested the board with a downdraft cooler (open testbed) and the nb and pwm temps are horrible

took the sinks of, there was like 1 kg thermal goo on the nb and the pwm's didn't make proper contact, not a single imprint

this thing would die if I put it in my pc-v350 like this
