    Phenom II 940 on fire -> pre-testing on Cascade

    Hello, I'm ryba and I have new toy

    M/B: MSI DK790GX Platinum
    CPU: AMD Phenom II 940
    Memory: some Kingston HyperX 2x512 -> GMH
    PSU: Tagan BZ 1300W
    CPU Cooling: Cascade -113*C @ Load with this cpu

    Bench rig:




    Nice? ok, look at score:





    Now in plane I have:
    - change M/B, this MSI is nice crap. DFI is going
    - more, more, more Vcore
    - little amount of ln2
    - some nice 2x1024 GKX/GMH

    PS. On ripping.org this is 16/32M WR on AMD :P

    damn dude is that a 3 stage cascade your using cos i cant get even close to those kinds of load temps with my 2 stager ( -103c normally) lets see that phenom do 5.2ghz next GO GO GO !!

    with 1.85-1.9V this chip will fly good job but your 32m is in big trouble this week-end will you do some 3D also?

    Sorry, but for ln2 action from my side you must wait to next month In next week I will atack this cpu with DFI and 1.85v (or more)

    3D? stock cards when I will get ln2.

    Too bad, AMD is still behind Intel in 3D performence. We must wait for better CPU from green team, and then >7GHz with better performence from 1MHz will kick ass anything
