    Biostar X58 Core I7 920 @ 4545MHz (my first try on air)

I received this motherboard this night from Biostar and I haven't test this board much yet but I'm really impressed with Tpower X58 , everyone wants high fsb and stable, don't doubt, this X58 is really good so far ^^
I can get into windows at 215 with low voltages but i can not reach more than 217 ,wrong settings maybe ,i need to tweak a bit more ^^

Here a quick run on air

    Wprime 32/1024 @ 4450MHz

    Pifast/winrar @ 4500MHz

    SuperPi-Sandra @ 5520MHz

    3d(HD4870X2 @ 840/1000MHz)

    3d05 @ 4450MHz

    3d06 @ 4450MHz

    very impressive George

    and great RAM clock

I can not reach that speed ....not now ....cz only two ram dividers(2:8 max) are available on Biostar X58 :S
I was talkin with Thomas about it and he said the same ,only two dividers is available for him but his 920 is an ES and its locked , my 920 has all dividers unlocked(tested on R2) ,bios issue maybe i dunno
I will report it and i hope they can fix soon

Yeah ram clocking on DFI is sweet... nearly as sweet as your 940XE (ES) unlocked multi cpu

Can you download memset 4.0 beta2 so we can see what sub timings are like. Thanks

    edit 4.0 beta 3 is out http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...postcount=1110

low vcore is so sweet hehehe and i think with that chip i can hit 5Ghz or more ^^

what was the fix for 25x ?
if I set the multi at O.N.E. clocking navigator(main screen) will not work and any multi higher than 22x will be locked at 22x so i use the Turbo mode configuration and then can be manually managed and everything works fine ^^

if I set the multi at O.N.E. clocking navigator(main screen) will not work and any multi higher than 22x will be locked at 22x so i use the Turbo mode configuration and then can be manually managed and everything works fine ^^

with First bios on sample board board i had to do also that on 965xe , i had Max multiplier of 24X via ONE , and i had to change max multiplier in turbo Boost menu. I think it s easy to fix on 940 B0.
