The Quest For C2Q @ 4Ghz+, 500 FSB+, CL4...
... and 8GB RAM (4x2GBs)
I recently bit the bullet and got myself 8GBs of G.Skill F2-7200CL4PI-B. I had ridiculously high hopes when I got them. They were going to be replacements for my G.Skill PC2-8500s 4GB kit. Anyway, the latter kit, although rated higher, could only do Cas 4 up to 900mhz 1:1. I was running them at 1152mhz 5:6 on the 333 strap on my RF. Anyway, these new sticks are tightly binned for cas4; at 5-5-5-15, they could post at 1060 and nothing near stable.
To cut a long story short, these new cas4 sticks (with qimonda ics, i hear) are tightly binned. I could only shake out 40ish mhz on the rated speeds. Voltage doesn't help at all, and actually makes for instability.
Those on 8GBs (4x2Gbs), please post here about how far your sticks can go on cas4, also add the performance level or trd. Please post stable overclocks only. The shots below are my 24/7.

Needless to say I'm a ways from that 500FSB CL4, is this even possible?
