New DDR2 Dual Channel World Record 829.7Mhz
Hey!
Had an epic bench session at a 600 man lanning Set fsb'ing my OCZ Flex to glory!
On the Gigabyte EP45- UD3R
This Gigabyte board is exceptionally well with ram clocking. they dont say DDR2 1333+ for nothing ... solid clean volt feed to the ram and kept it very stable.
3.04V (was the max)
psu: Gigabyte Odin 1200W
Motherboard: Gigabyte EP45-UD3R
Ram: OCZ Flex 1150mhz 2x1gb
VGA: Msi 9600GT 512
Ram is stil fine! (round 2 after board vmodded)
How did i cool it?
LN2 -100 to -178 (no coldbug on ram)
i insulated around the mems and creating a cup holder like thing (flex heatsink is thick, holds the cold), so i was pouring directly onto the ram.
1659mhz Dual channel DDR2
http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=449952
Submitted this one for that Giga comp! hopefully i can get atleast 3rd :P!

Really amazing. I like your setup
Will you try to get the WR of all DDR2 in single ? Or perhaps you already tried and failed...for the moment

I like my old P35 DS4 board as it also overclocks D9 ram exceptionally easy and well I think but this UD3R board seems even more crazy in RAM clocking. Nice result!
