    Best LGA 775 Mobo

    I have a POS ECS P4M800 mobo, pentium d 965 EE, geforce 7800gs(AGP), and 2 gb of kingston hyper X 667 DDR2.

The 7800gs agp card works totally fine for me and I don't want to switch it out. What is the best best mobo out there I can get that has AGP and DDR2 support? This comp does exactly what I want it to do so please don't tell me to just upgrade please.

sadly i think your options may be limited..a search of newegg only turned up a couple AGP /775 mb's, and only one that can use ddr2...Good news is that its only $70.00 with shipping look up the:

ASRock 4CoreDual-SATA2 LGA 775 VIA PT880 Pro/PT880 Ultra ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
    Upgrade motherboard with AGP Slot.

Most likely he is tired of faulty drivers and/or lack of support for his board. I see that a lot honestly.

@therindesign, you might want to look at the ASRock 4CoreDual SATA2. Core 2 Duo/Quad support (65nm it seems) but with an 8x AGP slot.

that is an awesome mobo with a multitude of bios tweaks, i have used them a few times in system builds, but haVE never played with oc'ing it. it is NOT the best 775 mainboard, but a good choice if you need agp, or pci-x and ddr or ddr2. limited to 2GB system mems.
