It's a shame Robert couldn't make it. I've heard some real wild stories about what's going on in that booth.

    nVidia and VIA partnership?

Fudzilla is reporting that nVidia and VIA will announce a partnership this Thursday at Computex....

"Nvidia and VIA are going to announce on Thursday that from now on they will be in bed together, with a mighty goal to survive against Intel.

This marriage of convenience will be announced on Thursday and Via will tell the world that Nvidia prepares a small board based on Nforce like chipset for its Nano CPU.

This new platform should directly go after Atom, and it will be X86 compatible, which means it will be able to compete against Atom, hand by hand.

Nvidia's new platform will play HD content way better than Intel but just like Intel it is doomed to suck in gaming, but to be fair to Nvidia, it will get a bit faster than rather rusty old 945GC."

mostly due to hyperthreading (8 cores did their job)

Studying for exams tend to do that .

Are there exact comparising numbers? I reckon yes, 'cause saying 45% based on that screenshot only would be silly :p.
