    Core2 Duo E7300 first touch!

    Hello all, yesterday i receive new cpu and it amazed cause it is Core 2 Duo E7300!, Yes E7300 not wrong after long time for we heard is will have some new model of Core 2 Duo on 7000 series and now it already in my hand, so after i received it... sure what waiting just try it

    Well some spec is can see now for E7300 it's core 2 duo on 266MHz FSB and Multi x10 as default 2.66GHz freq. and have 3MB L2-Cache

    Some results on quick bench in a shot time, well first i tried by max freq only 1.4V of Vcore

    System setup

    Intel E7300(ES/Q803Axxx)
    D-Tek+4.5mm nozzle+HW xFlow+MCP355+FM123
    GIGABYTE X48T-DQ6, F4h bios
    CellShock 14400C8
    ASUS EAH3870X2
    Western Raptor
    GIGABYTE ODIN 1.2kW
    Windows XP sp2 final

    Results...@4.2GHz, 1.392V













    Quick tried on Max Frequency @4.5GHz, 1.616V

    1.616v? thats insane voltage to be had at 4.5ghz.
    Hopefully the voltage wont affect it too much if its at those temps

    10x mutli ..and cheaper than e8400?
    lets hope they arent too fsb limited.

    1M Superpi time is about the same as an e8400 @ 3.8ghz.
    An e8400 needs only 1.3v or less for dual orthos stability @ 3.8ghz while an e7300 needs closer to 1.4v @ 4.2ghz.
    Price or lower temps will be the selling point.

    trade offs for cheaper chip. 4.0gig would do.

    too bad it only has 3mb cache. really hurts the superpi scores. e8400 does that with waaay less speed. like 600mhz less.

    10x multi is niiiice though.

    wow those are great temps, 4.5ghz @ 1.6v @ 40c , albiet the voltage is a bit high but still great temps. how ever its a huge jump ion voltage for just a 200mhz increase
