Maybe was the lack of sleep but i somehow found the diference, look at the memory support.
Ultra SLI > 2000MHz DDR3
SLI > 1600MHz DDR3
So maybe there is a hardware diference, one has 2 phase DDR3 and the other doesnt

Ultra SLI is suppose to be a better overclocker too.
The difference is about the same here as it is between X38 and X48.

On that subject what is the real difference between X38 and X48 as both can do DDR2 Memory dont see any other features present?
