    E8500 Q740A471T - 4900Mhz SuperPi (on water) - 5Ghz

    I know, that this is the 80374606 thread about an Wolfdale, but when the other guys post their impressions, i will do it to
    It is not extreme with DICE or LN2, but i thnik with water you can reach good scores as well.

    Max FSB is 520Mhz on this Mobo I don't know, where the problem is
    I hope i can reach a higher score on my Blitz Extreme, but it isn't at home.

    But your SPi 1M is a bit slow....

    I did a 9.531s run @ 4750MHz yesterday click and that is'nt fully tweaked yet...

    PFFFF , like X38 LP LT . It seems that is new Bios award chip who block fsb with 45nm cpu ... I hope DFI will resolve that Quickly

    nice clocks better than my E8500 Q740A493T in terms of mhz to vcore scaling on water but FSB worse off than mine... maybe to do with DFI GTL ref volts needed tweaking ??
