    Hi! After 1 year...its finally here :)

A little more clear shot of the inside:

    Shots with flash:

And finally, my masterpiece, the 8 ziptie gpu block mount:

I never bothered to take pictures of my blocks, sorry to disappoint ya all. They're really ugly on the outside and the inside anyways :P
I also am aware that the tubes have green stuff on them. This is not algae. This is what happened after the minerals from the tap water I used the first time collected on the tubes, then the zinc on the screws that I didn't mean to have touching the water corroded and turned everything pink, then I cleaned it with lysol toilet bowl cleaner which is BLUE so it turned green

Eh I guess you could say I'm "back" but I still won't be posting. Hence the non-changed title thingy (Retired poster).

    Not bad for a first.
    Custom Blocks I guess?
I wonder what your Delta's are. Post them up if you could.

Still waiting for time to come this weekend...
Even then it'll be short lived, My motherboard (Asus Maximus Forumla SE) Sata ports are a bit Weak (AKA Two ports cant be used due to crappy plastic).

So I need to RMA it after I get my water cooling up.

I have yet to overclock this thing actually...well I pushed the video up but this card is nowhere as friendly as my old 7900gs which I hit 775MHz core with on stock cooling somehow...(stock volts).
What I can tell you is temps dropped like 12C from stock cooler, GPU maxes out at 47C @ stock volts & 470ish core. I'm happy, and that's all that matters I probably would've gotten better results if I coughed up extra money for bought stuff, but I had a sh*tload of fun doing this.

    That's what counts right

Wish I was brave enough/smart enough to make my own blocks and such. Would be fun I think to do DIY, love doing it on other things.

During winter break I managed to screw up my keyboard and have a lot of fun doing so as well I opened it up (voiding warranty but who gives a crap) sprayed silicone lubricant into the keys, then attached LEDs to the bottom. The LEDs aren't nearly bright enough to be seen from anywhere other than directly above the keyboard so I'm ashamed of taking a picture...Also the silicone spray messed up the silicone thingy underneath the keys that erm...makes the keys pop up and pushes contacts together creating a signal? because I thought it was dry but apparently it WASN'T. Now my J key needs extra force to operate, and my enter key doesn't work on me occasionally, but I got used to pressing keys extra hard and I play piano so its all good
Next plan is to build a penny shooting railgun or maybe attempt to create a miniPSU for something...that would be fun.

Hmmmm...60 about in materials...including shipping. But the experience+fun outweighs that by a billion times so -5999999940 I must be one of the like <10 people ever to do this at this age anyways, which is another plus
I got 100 worth of tools, but I used them for other crazy stuff so I guess that doesn't count. I sorta needed the hand drill too...

    hey serial, welcome back...
building stuff is meant to be fun, i always say...

since you have your drill, and some metal drill bits, you might also want to get rid of the 80-120 fan adaptor, and direct mount your 120fan to the plexi...

Sorry I didn't take any pictures of the inside of the block, nor did I take pictures of me working at it. Not even pictures of the block alone... The inside is like a whitewater with the fins cut at places to make mini pins. I guess you could compare the GPU block to an aquaextreme mp01 or whatever its called (been gone too long :P) with slightly smaller cooling area and not nearly as clean. GPU block is crude, drilled holes into chunk of delrin I cut, glued copper on. CPU actually isn't much different lol...

    Thanks for the comments!
